Nick: T, let’s get to it. What have you been up to lately?

Teeka: I’ve been traveling around the world, digging deep to find the best opportunities in the legal cannabis industry. But before I get to them, let me back up and explain what I mean by legal cannabis.

You see, the cannabis plant creates many types of products…

Most people are familiar with one: marijuana, which is also known as pot or weed. It contains tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC. It’s the psychoactive compound that makes people feel “high.”

Now, the federal government lists marijuana as a Schedule I drug. So it gets the same treatment as heroin, meth, and ecstasy. To me, that’s ludicrous.

Who knows when the feds will legalize it? Still, I expect their stance to change in the future. In fact, while it’s illegal at the federal level… medical marijuana is already legal in 33 states. And it’s legal recreationally in 11 states.

Another type of product, though, is hemp. It produces a chemical called cannabidiol, or CBD. And unlike THC, CBD doesn’t make you feel intoxicated.

CBD and THC act differently with the receptors in the body and brain. So CBD provides many of the health benefits associated with cannabis—without making you feel “stoned.”

Clinical studies have already proven CBD can treat childhood epilepsy. And it can serve as a natural wellness remedy for pain, inflammation, anxiety, and a whole lot more, too.

Nick: Do you know anyone who’s benefited from taking CBD?

Teeka: Yes…

Me.

You see, I have a lot of pain in my joints from lifting weights—especially in my shoulder. And while CBD doesn’t eliminate the pain, it drastically reduces it. Its anti-inflammatory effects are real.

In the past, I’d wake up with every joint in my body hurting. I’d have to gradually get out of bed. Some days, it took much longer than others.

But I started taking half a dropper full of CBD every day, and it’s had an outstanding effect. I can move again like I did in my early 30s. And it no longer takes forever to get out of bed. Getting up the stairs isn’t a struggle anymore, either.

So from my personal experience, it’s remarkable.

Nick: I’m glad to hear it’s working for you. But why are you getting into the legal cannabis space now?

Teeka: Because I’m looking at what’s going on at the federal level—not the state level.

As I said, marijuana is legal medically in 33 states and recreationally in 11 states. But the federal government is still years away from legalizing recreational marijuana.

So while many investors are excited about this growing trend, you can tell industry insiders are still waiting for the feds to catch up. Let me give you an example…

In April 2019, Canadian grower Canopy Growth paid $300 million in cash up front to secure the rights to buy U.S.-based Acreage Holdings for $3.4 billion.

It’s a no-brainer for Canopy. You see, Bank of America Merrill Lynch estimates the global market for cannabis is about $166 billion. And the U.S. will account for more than a third of that.

But the deal is contingent on Congress legalizing marijuana in the U.S. Canopy projects that could take five to seven years to happen. So the deal won’t be completed until at least then.

That’s why I believe it’s still too early to get into the recreational marijuana space…

But here’s what many people don’t know: “Non-stoner” hemp is already legal at the federal level. This is huge because I think the market for “legal marijuana”—hemp—will far eclipse the recreational market.

And the best thing is, you don’t have to wait to play it.

Nick: What do you mean?

Teeka: In December 2018, President Trump signed the Farm Bill, legalizing industrial hemp as a crop. Remember, hemp contains mostly CBD, with only trace amounts of the stuff that gets you high [THC].

Now, this is a huge tailwind for legal cannabis…

Like I said, the global market is in the hundreds of billions of dollars. So while everyone else is waiting on federal marijuana legalization, we can benefit from the 100% legal cannabis market right now—no need to wait.

Nick: Why do you say that?

Teeka: I already told you about CBD’s health benefits. It’s most effective in low doses, with no side effects. You don’t need a prescription. And there’s no insurance hassles.

It’s no surprise people call CBD a “miracle” drug.

Plus, it’s remarkably versatile. It’s in shampoos, coffees, teas, body oils, candy, shakes, dog treats, and more… You can even walk into a store and buy CBD nowadays.

And legal cannabis will be a boon for farmers, too.

You see, hemp has about 50,000 industrial uses. You can use it to make clothes, paper, and biodegradable plastics. So we’re going to see a lot of hemp and CBD added to thousands of products.

But here’s the thing… There’s not enough hemp in the world to meet this demand. Companies throughout the hemp value chain are scrambling to get involved.

This is becoming a massive opportunity.

Nick: I didn’t realize how big the opportunity is right now. So where can readers learn how to profit from this legal cannabis?

Teeka: I’m holding a special free webinar tonight at 8 p.m. ET on how to make 100% profits on the legal cannabis trend. I encourage all of our readers to attend.

During the presentation, I’ll tell you why legal cannabis is on pace to grow at least 400 times in the coming years—and why this new market is on track to become roughly 15 times bigger than recreational and medical pot, combined.

Again, it’s free to attend. You just need to sign up with your email.

Nick: Thanks, T. I’m looking forward to watching the presentation and learning how to profit from this massive trend.

Teeka: You’re welcome.
